Design Strategy
A new multifamily development emerges in Aurora, Colorado. Inspired by the juxtaposition of the land’s timeless presence and the ever-evolving tapestry of culture and society, the brand design for this development pulls from these ideas to create a place that’s connected, contemporary, and fluid.



The Story
To lead into the big idea concept, I created a story highlighting the beauty of a place that sits at a crossroads, in an area poised for decades of future developments, and on land with an agricultural and historical influence. This place looks toward the future with acknowledgment of its rich past.
