Talise

Located just outside of Laredo, Texas, Talise is a new 13,000-acre, mixed-use master-planned community. Talise is a place set around finding your bliss. Moments spent drinking iced tea on the porch, watching the kids bike up the street, and having backyard barbecues with friends are moments that can be found in the community. Due to the extensive nature of the project, there are many aspects that I have been a part of brand developments like verbal identity, positioning and purpose, and brand activations like full website, naming initiatives, social media, and other minor aspects of creating a brand strategy.

The Naming

A 13,000-acre master-planned community requires naming for streets, neighborhoods, parks, and trails. To create consistency throughout the community, I developed comprehensive naming guidelines that can influence and guide naming for anyone who touches the project.
